IKWAS Day 1
At INTAN now, and to my surprise we have wifi and it is available even in our hostel rooms.
I thought this is going to be a horrible 14 days but with wifi, at least i’m still connected to tenet the NET.
I should have attended this course last year but due to a few circumstances i did not attend.
I’ve been to INTAN HQ, INTENGAH, INTURA and now IKWAS. Looking forward to see how this training institute fares with its other branches and of course HQ.
Btw, mom read this blog and thank god i un-intentionally deleted lots of entry way back from 2003. Some content might be inappropriate.
Will be missing my gym classes but i’m thankful i’m here. If not, next week i’m supposed to be at Kuala Lipis doing a program with the aborigines (orang asli) there. I love doing the culture+heritage related activities but staying near/in jungle is simply not my thing. Tried it in a number of trip but no thanks. Beaches are better. Knowing I’m designed not to be the outdoor type (masuk kebun getah pun dah berbintat kena bedal nyamuk) so attending this course is a blessing.
A bit about today, manage to squeeze in a few activities with dad, went to see my uncle who is a headmaster at his office, then to pejabat tanah, pejabat pesuruhjaya sumpah (that fellow’s name is Ahmad Nashfu – mcm pelakon lerr), bought a new show at BATA: the Buy And Throw Away footwear (dont blame me, my lecturer insidiously played with this acronym during a couple of classes and it stucked to my memory), renewed my driving licence and back home just in time to repack and off to KLUANG.
Today, afternoon participants just checked-in and had dinner together. Then back to our room. Tomorrow officially mark the starting day, but i tag this to be day 1. hmm lets see if i can update this blog everynite…
