calf cramps and inspiring fitness references

i dunno what to call it but thats wut happened. Failed to follow my usual fitness routines this week sebab sibuk dgn kerja and then weekend fever pulak. Interestingly i found out that i began having cramps at my calf.. left one… while laying down and worst, while asleep. Maybe i’ve been dehydrated/desalinized due to the hot weather and not watching my meals. Any advice on this?

Been following the people at Pushmore. Whow they are a setting up the bar for fitness. At my fitness centre we would be doing the laid-back regime. There are people that pushes themselves to the limit but not all of us. Pushmore is a different camp.

Here’s an interesting article posted by
Anna-rina ( i stumbled upon her at flickr). Anyone who wishes to get serious into Crossfit, read this Crossfit article

NICTConf… lame compared to OSCONF

09-06-09_2229Too formal, academia n opensource conferences are much more interesting. Definitely not my cup of tea. Cuma artwork di buku free ini sahaja tidak boring… Sorry peeps. Better luck next year!

msc osconf 2009 day 2

Managed to come early and be among the earliest participant to hear Gen Kanai, of Mozilla Asia. His blog is available at http://blog.mozilla.com/gen

Gen presented on HTML 5, and lots of Mozilla thingy. Later Gen was on stage as one of the panel Speaker on the ‘Can Open Source bring about your innovation breakthrough?’.

Got my photos taken with Matt Olander & Josh Paetzel, the *bsd gang. They even wore the famous beastie horns. Wicked!

On Day 4, Josh will be presenting on ‘Seamless Service Migration Using PF and Freebsd’ while Matt’s  topic is ‘PCBSD Solutions for economic Downturn’.
