Picking up Bad habit

Back from the induction course, i struggled to get back in track to my fitness regime. 3 times per week at the gym doesn’t seem enough to cater the big appetite i picked up during the 14 days course.

Dragged Down

The last 3 weeks were hectic. Back home at average 7-8pm. Broke my dinner rules and had to attend various activities outside office the morning after. Went to Putrajaya back and forth (MAPPA10, PRISMA UGM, Seminar Personnel ICT and not to forget drop off SLA), plus Dapat office for the mySMS briefing. Had to be at office for 2 consecutive saturdays, and still a lot of deskjob tak siap. Arahan dah dikeluarkan to visit Galeria Perdana again tapi tak tahu laa jadi pergi ke tak.. asik terpaksa kensel jer sejak bulan lepas.

Mn website is project is testing my patience. It is a pressure cooker holding a lot of steam. Asal teringat jer macam nak sepak jer somebody. It should be an easy task coz i successfully did manage similar projects. Humans of course is the main obstacle, people management and communications play the key roles.

Harrassed by PRISMA alerts, plus received emails form GCert and MyCert.. thanks but im trying hard to solve the issue. I hate legacy – end of line products. Damn proprietary softwares…

New Skills

I’m reading the bsd manual now, and a few paper on OAI. One of my colleagues is promoted and there will be an empty post at office. ICTSO is moving out and we have to be ready (at will) in case any incidents broke out again. Continuous improvement is a must. To date, im still waiting for my xserve box to arrive (naik bosan dah tunggu -kes biasa lerr). Last week dah siap compile and read all the required docs.

Renewing Pledge

Going to gym is an escapade. Previous years saw me attending tkd classes to de-stress. Still missing the club but gym is the easy quick-win i can attain.

Looking forward to aerokickbox/bodycombat again.. and of course to support my friend – syahrul’s BodyJam. Maknanya kena balik sharp 5.30pm again.

Will be driving back to KL today. Last Friday i drove for nearly 4 hours. The highway was filled with cars. Keeping my finger crossed for today’s safe journey. Long day tomorrow…

Here’s a pic of ijam. We went for a night out. Karaoke. Lagu rasmi cek mek molek by M. Daud Kilau. For the record we went to a decent place, where friends and families hangout and sing their heart out.

Singing is a good way of releasing stress. I got bitten by the singing bug while working at NIOSH. Waktu tu, semua orang kena tahu nyanyi, even waktu interview pun panel tanya boleh nyanyi tak. Hehehe, i find ability to sing is a common denominator for public relations to all working people. You have to have the guts to hold the mic and sing to the public. The cold feet type will simply avoid the limelight. Thus, singing is a simple indicator on how the person will perform when facing customers.
