<p>From the <a href="http://www.first.org">FIRST.org website </a>&#8220;The Forum for Incident Response and Security Team (FIRST) was established with the vision of providing access of best practices, tools and trusted communications among member incident response teams. The FIRST Technical Colloquium (TC) provides a discussion forum for FIRST member teams to share information about vulnerabilities, tools and other issues that affect the operation of the incident response and security teams. The FIRST TC is hosted by the members and takes place usually every quarter.&#8221;</p>
